The #Danish experiment
Aim: The aim of this project is to study how human decisions are affected by the socio-economic context of Italy and Denmark . The results will help the research team to design innovative public policies.
Research team: The #Danish Experiment is designed by researchers of the CBS (Copenhagen Business School) and the University of Valencia (Spain).
Type of the experiment: It is an online survey. You can participate from any smartphone, computer or tablet.
Duration: The approximate duration is 10 minutes.
Payment: For your participation you will receive an average payment of 112 DKK. The exact amount will depend on some of your decisions.
Anonimity: Your decisions will be anonymous and will not be connected to your identity. If you have any doubts you can read our privacy policies or contact us at lineex@uv.es. The experiment has been approved by the Ethic Commity of the University of Valencia or contact us at lineex@uv.es.
Participation is free: It´s 100% free. Your help will be much appreciated by the research team!
Who can participate?
Profile: Citizens of Denmark older than 18 years of age.
What will you do in the experiment?
If you sign up, you will receive an email with a link to the survey. Once you clic on the link your decisions will be 100% anonymous.
- In the beginning you will be informed about a simulated situation and also about how payments will be affected by your decisions.
- From that moment on you should only be yourself. There are no correct or incorrect answers. The experiment aims to investigate how the economic context affects to different citizens behaviour in a simulated online environment.
- All you need to use during the experiment is a smartphone, computer or a tablet. Neither microphones nor webcams are used to record any data.
- The duration of the experiment depends on yourself. The average time is 10 minutes.
- When you finish the experiment, you will receive your payment via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can create one here for free.
What can I earn?
The average payment is expected to be 112 DKK for each danish participants but the exact amount will depend on your decisions (it can be higher or lower). Furthermore, all participants who complete the 10 minutes survey will receive 38 DKK as a minimum payment for their help.
In addition, you will help the research team to design innovative policies and to improve the socio-economic context.
